CLAREMONT STADIUM

SPORTS FOR ALL

Welcome to Claremont Stadium

Be All You Can Be

We are a voluntary run social enterprise and have been providing sporting and community facilities for over 30 years.

Claremont Stadium is an invaluable resource and integral with the development of sports, education and social opportunities for the community and especially the people living in the Rapid Area of Navan.

We have established ourselves as a valuable asset in the community, when it comes to providing facilities that are affordable and accessible to people from all walks of life.

Since 2010 we are in receipt of funding from Pobal under the Community Services Programme towards staff costs*

Home to Navan Athletic Club and Parkvilla Football Club, however many local organisations and clubs call the Stadium home and use our fantastic facilities which include an Olympic standard 8 lane, 400m Tartan Athletics Track and Field Stadium, Soccer Grounds and Multi Activity Sports Hall which caters for Badminton, Soccer, Basketball, Olympic Handball and more.

Besides our sporting activities we also have rooms available for Training Courses, Meetings, Seminars, Practicals and Exams, including a fully kitted out Computer Training Room.

It is also an ideal venue for Club Meetings, Presentations, Functions, Special Occasions and get-togethers.

Our rates are fair and we will try to accommodate your needs to our best ability. Feel free to come and visit the stadium or contact us on 046 902 9693 or email [email protected]

We look forward to seeing you around!

"The Facilities in Claremont are essential in delivering our sports and physical well-being programme for the vulnerable young people who are at risk of coming into contact with the juvenile justice system. Sports is a vital part of the programme in NYPD and it helps the young people to express themselves physically and gives them a chance to socialise in a positive way."

"Claremont Stadium is an essential part of MIDWAYS’s sports programme for people with intellectual disabilities across the county."

* The Community Services Programme is designed to address locally indentified gaps in the provision of services to communities and to develop the potential of community resources already in place to support the delivery of services to improve community well-being. The Programme can play an important role in addressing disadvantage and provides long term employment opportunities for people who have been previously unemployed.
